Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in time: From 15:00 to 18:00
• Check-out time: From 08:00 to 10:00

Cancellation/Prepayment:

• Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type. Please enter your stay dates to check the conditions for your selected option.

Refundable Damage Deposit:

• A damage deposit of US$150 (approx. TZS 388,497) is required upon arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. The deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to a property inspection.

Children and Beds:

• Children of any age are welcome.
• To view correct prices and occupancy, please add the number of children and their ages during your search.

Cot and Extra Bed Policies:

• For children aged 0-3 years: A cot is available upon request at US$20 per child, per night.
• The cost for cots is not included in the total price and will be charged separately during your stay.
• Extra beds are not available at this property.

No Age Restriction:

• There is no age requirement for check-in.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed at this property.

Groups:

• When booking more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Payment:

• Cash only: This property accepts only cash payments.

Smoking:

• Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Parties and Events:

• Parties or events are not allowed at Jadea Residence.
